9 September moved to 5 November 2017
*Ceres Negros involvement in the AFC Cup

M96 Global Cebu FC vs Stallion Laguna FC
27 September moved to 20 September 2017
*Due to Global Cebu home stadium unavailability, the match will be played in Biñan Stadium.

M88 Stallion Laguna FC vs JPV Marikina FC
17 September moved to 16 September 2017
*In consequence to Global Cebu's match against Stallion Laguna FC on 20 September 2017
